1. Sudden power failure and shutdown

2. Sudden water shutdown and stop

If the cooling water is interrupted suddenly, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the operation of the refrigeration compressor should be stopped to avoid high pressure of the condenser. After the compressor is shut down, the suction and exhaust valves and the liquid supply valves of the compressor should be closed immediately. Start the compressor after the fault is eliminated and the water supply is restored.

3, refrigeration compressor failure stop

In operation, when a compressor component is damaged and in urgent need of shutdown, if time permits, it can be operated according to the normal shutdown. If the situation is urgent, it is necessary to cut off the motor power supply and close the suction, exhaust valve and liquid supply valve. 4. Stop in case of fire

If a fire occurs in an adjacent building and endangers the safety of the refrigeration system, the power supply should be cut off, and the exhaust valves of the liquid reservoir, condenser, ammonia oil separator and evaporator should be opened quickly, and the emergency ammonia discharger and its water valve should be opened quickly, so that the ammonia liquid of the system can be concentrated and discharged at the emergency ammonia discharger and diluted by a large amount of water to prevent the fire from spreading and causing an explosion.

5, wet stroke stop

In operation, if the wet stroke of the refrigeration compressor occurs, it should be treated according to its severity. For slight wet stroke, the suction valve or expansion valve should be turned down or closed. For more serious wet stroke, the suction valve and expansion valve should be shut down immediately. After serious wet travel, the refrigerant in the crankcase should be discharged, or other refrigeration compressor should be used to extract the refrigerant in the crankcase and the cylinder, and the lubricating oil should be replaced at the same time. After vacuuming, pressure test and leakage detection, the test machine can be started.
